Fulfillment overview
How order fulfillment works at our China warehouse
Each stage is laid out below so you can see what happens to your products, from supplier intake through to shipping, and where you receive updates along the way.
Step by step
From supplier intake to delivery
The flow is sequential. Each handoff is recorded so you know which stage your order is in at any time.
1. Supplier intake
Goods arrive at the China warehouse from your suppliers. Each delivery is checked against the expected quantities and recorded.
2. Receiving and storage
Stock is unpacked, inspected, and placed in the warehouse. Storage details are confirmed with you before inventory is released for orders.
3. Order processing
Incoming orders are picked, packed, and labeled according to your instructions. Handling steps are logged at each point.
4. Inventory sync
Stock levels are updated after each movement so your records reflect what is physically in the warehouse.
5. Shipping
Packages are handed to the carrier you select. Tracking information is passed back to you once the parcel is dispatched.
6. Communication
You receive updates at each handoff, and you can raise questions about any stage with the support team at any time.
